are there several ways on detoxifying? i'm interested in doing it since I lwant to cleanse and get rid of the toxins that enter my body. can you give me some tips?
You can try making homemade fruit juices or smoothies. But please make
sure that when you decide to drink ready-made juices it is labeled as unsweetened.
Heather Faith, the best way to remove all the toxins from the body is to have a fruit diet... Many studies showed that it can detoxify and can also reduce calories. I hope it helps.
Fruit diet is definitely the best and most effective detoxifying agent. Plus, you won't gain weight when you are in a fruit diet so you don't have to worry. You can detoxify as much as you want.

Hello Leah, would it be fine if you share your fruit recipes? or maybe give me an idea on how you usually do this fruit diet? i'm interested! thanks a lot in advance. good day to all!
You basically avoid eating any solid for for a day or two and consume only fruit juices and water. Fruit juices, like papaya juice, carrot juice, apple, and other fruits that you like :D
this will help the body absorb the juices well because it is in liquid form compared to solif fruits (even if they are still fruits)

i agree with the post above. Fruit therapy really works. I've trie it before but only with 2 kinds of fruits. Papaya and apple. It made me feel so good. I just wondnt recommend it when you are working because you would need proteins and carbs for energy. Try it on weekend or on vacation breaks.
Water therapy is also helpful, just drink water for a few days and it will really clense your system.

sounds great.. thanks for suggesting this dude! I might try this when my sched. permits me! lol.
I used to detox for months. I like drinking alot of coffee when I detox. The stimulants help for the fatigue you will come across. I also like tea, I feel great I drink it. Try to get enough sleep because you are going to need it. You should drink alot of water, and if you eat at all, have some fruit. I also like taking vitamins, they will give you an amazing boost!
Lot of water, and lot of breathing(Pranayam),and no solids for two days will detoxify faster and better.Working as usual is better, but you can take rest,if necessary. To start wit you can try for a day,or even half day.
I`ve never tried detoxing in the way you guys have - in that I`ve never drunk only water for 2 days, or eaten only fruit - bet it works wonders though! I have this idea that every day I should `flush out`my system - so I eat well and drink plenty of water and green tea. I also take some supplements and I think they have a detox effect also. Anyone taking acai berries? i find them great! http://www.doctorsnatural.com/acai-berries-p32.php. If I eat or drink too much, or eat badly for a day or two, I just try to regain the balance in the following days. For me 3 square meals a day and no snacking, with plenty of fluids is perfect!
