lately i noticed that i've been eating junkies during snacks.. can you guys please suggest some healthy snacks so I can avoid eating junkies!! ..Thanks!..

i used to munch on all sorts of junkies before i started working out. right now i fill the urge to eat with yogurt - and it sure does have its benefits!!!!

hi helena, instead of junkies try munching on fruits like apple or banana during snack time or if not that salad will do.

I usually take low-fat dairy products like yogurt. (which are good sources of protein and calcium!)

I suggest Helena that you change your snack habit.. Make it more healthy, eat fruits... it will do wonders... it can detoxify and gives you energy. try it daily, surely you'll love the results.

When it comes to healthy snacks you just have o avoid eating junk foods. You ca make it a habit to eat fruits whenever you are hungry. You must also changed your snack habit. work out routines will be useless if you can't control your food cravings. Eat three times a day so you will not get hungry in between meals.

Thanks for the advice rodante. Well I've been trying my best to avoid eating junkies! , and i tell ya it can really be so tempting especially if i see my flat mate eating these stuff! ooh!

hey guys. I always have apple for my snack, if not that nuts or pretzels. (i guess it's a lot better than junkies eh?)

hey everyone! thanks for all of your tips, now I've been so conscious about the snacks I'm having so I always bring soma bananas, grapes, or if I there's no fruit to grab at home then dried peas and baby carrots will do! yum yum!!!

fruits or granola bars are a great alternative to junk food!

Hi Helena,

Your problem was eating junkies?

Were of the same habit, but you know what i did?

I tried to stop watching movies, i start eating sweets, eating fruits and veggies..

I do exercise different in the morning and in the evening..

I invite my friends at home to play basketball...

By that instead of getting bigger my muscles are getting tighter and firmer..

You can do that!
