actually you could try using anti-microbial socks or if you can't find any you could just use foot powder. you should avoid wearing the same pair of shoes for two straight days.

your feet smell probably because you perspire when you work out.
why not try using foot sprays? it helps keep feet dry and odorless.
with regards to your shoes, try changing the insoles frequently to prevent the odor from staying in yours shoes. or rotate the use of your shoes, try not to use the same work out shoe consecutively

this may sound off but i read somewhere that a quick way to eliminate foot odor is to urinate on your feet. you could do that when you're showering. i just want to share it bec. it's interesting, it's up to you if you want to try it.

There are some cases where this foot odor can be cured clinically. There are a lot of foot powders available in dime stores but of course you don't know if they are really effective. The best thing to do is to have it checked if the situation worsen.

Has anyone else tried Pedisolix?....it is from Germany and is totally different than anything i've tried here... you use it once and it gets rid of foot odour for 3 or 4 months!....i couldn't believe it! No daily cream or spray or powder just wash and dry my feet as usual. For me and a couple of my friends it worked so hopefully this will help you out.
You can get it online in North America now at www.pedisolix.com Even the Turkish army uses it for their soldiers.

I just wash my feet that generally helps. Also a change in shoes helps too. I walk back from the gym so just wear open shoes like slippers or something, thats really helpful

well that will probably work since our urine is highly acidic. That might "wash away" the bad odor of the feet.
Cleanliness is always the bottom line. Keep your feet clean before putting them in your shoes and at the same time keep your shoes clean.

try using baby wipes on your feet after your workout.  Also put newspapers in your workout shoes when you are finished.  This will help the smell in the shoes.
