well i think you should try making water accessible to you so that when you feel the urge to drink soda you can divert that urge to water. you should also keep in mind that not only sugar causes tooth dacey but also acids included in many popular drinks.

Why don' you do it gradually, if you said you're drinking 4 cans a day, then lower it to 3..then the next week or day try drinking only 2 cans.. cutting it off totally isn't gonna work
So I guess you should try it, and see if it's effective for you

these carbonated caffeine drinks can do a lot of harm for your body...and they are highly addictive. they can make your bones brittle, give you tooth decay, hyper acidity, and the list would go on. try to get active. the more you sweat, the more your body will dictate what it really needs -; water!

i used to be somewhat addicted to coffee. i did try reducing my consumption gradually, not every week but about every month or so. whenever i felt like having coffee, i drank water or juice. now, i only drink coffee whenever i need to keep awake.

i agree them, you should gradually lessen your soda intake. you could do that by gradually switching to diet soda. once you have switched to drinking diet soda you can gradually decrease the number of times you drink them.

you should also look for caffeine-free soft drinks, and slowly lessen the number of caffeinated drinks you have each day as you work toward kicking the soda habit.

You should really lessen your soda intake. It's a new year! Change your eating habit so that you could live a healthy life! I know it might be hard for you to avoid it because you got used to it already but there are still other substitute drinks that you can drink if you feel like having a soda! Good luck to you!
