what workout works best if you have a bulging tummy? i prefer a routine that you could do at home and is not that complicated. can you guys give me an example of such workout/s?

that's a good question james but you have to keep in mind that tummy exercises are divided into two, the upper tummy crunches and the lower tummy crunches.
for upper tummy chrunches you have to lie flat on the floor with your knees bended. put your hands behind you head and lift yourself upper torso facing upwards and then lower yourself. do this twenty times
to work on the lower tummy you have to do reverse crunches. all you have to do is raise you legs slowly and lower them. do this twenty times and take a break then repeat the cycle three to four times.
