How can i make my chest more firmer ?

also with my legs i think they are not rational in my body?

No squats are definately not just for girls. They can hit your glutes (butt) depending on how they are done but even as a man there is nothing wrong with having strong glutes, its the biggest muscle in you body and a lot of power and stability comes from there.

how do girls do squats?

girls have big glutes either than man.. i think you are right!

Im not saying there is a particular way girls do squats but the further you lean the upper body forward during the squat the more the glutes come into play.
With things like sprinting up a hill, pistols or deadlifts strong glutes definately help.

so aside from doing squats.., what else more should i do?

doing squats all over the session, sounds boring?~

i t hink girls seldom do squats... but i suppose its for them :)
i do squats as well, specially back in my HS days.. hehehe

i do squats now with a little weights
but i want my chest to get more bigger.. great for this summer swimming outings..

help guys.

i thought your prob was your legs and chest are not proportion?
if you want to get great chest,
ahmm
for me, i do push ups and some weights, but for now try the push up exercise.
