i do kick boxing from time to time but not really stick to it alone, i'm worried that i might lose my form, my hips would shrink and my shoulders would broaden. or am i misinformed?

i love kickboxing, i think it is best for my asthma, nothing scientific though (haven't asked my doctor) so don't even think about starting an argument with me

i've tried judo and it's really fun. it's also a good workout and it helps tone your arms since you'd be using more of your upper body.

I really want to try Kick boxing.I Believe that it's like working out but in a different form. Do kick boxing helps you loose weight just like any other work out? I really like to try this so I hope you can give me more information about this activity. Thanks.

Hi everybody, my first post here.
I used to box and am currently doing kickboxing and I think they are both excellent training method, the level of fitness you need to fight is extremely high.
You get a great all over conditioning workout. and you learn how to handle yourself at the same time :)

Hey Heather!
Wow im not even sure how long now... erm id guess about 14 years on and off... I've always done some martial art of some sort since I was 6 and when I havent been kickboxing I have been doing other bits in between. But I have just returned to kickboxing after training for a couple years in a boxing gym.

i did kickboxing before i recently considered doing muay thai after careful research..its just like going through the training of professional muay thai athletes, without battling it out in the ring. great workout for the legs, and abs. really builds up stamina..
