yeah it's true, green tea helps in increasing metabolism, but hey don't expect that drinking green tea alone will do the magic. of course you still have to workout.
it's good to know that tea could also help you loose weight. how many times a day can you drink tea? i really don't like drinking hot stuff, would cold tea work just as well?
