Hi everyone, hows it going?
I have a natural six pack, but wouldn't mind gaining lower V-Shape Abs. I know that the only way to acheive the V-shape is to train your obliques and the lower portion of your abdominals. However, what would anyone recommend doing in a training session?
Woodchops? Twisting crunches? What else can be done?
