i've been seeing more of those exercise balls in my gym, the first time i saw them was in a pilates class but now i see people using them in their regular workouts.

i love em exercise balls. i can work my legs as do presses on them instead of a bench

i do too, i do too!!! i love those exercise balls! it definitely is a huge help for me with stretching, etc. even bought one for myself to bring home for the occasions i don't get to go to the gym..heehee:)

hey hey! me too! i don't think there's anyone here would not agree that them balls are not helpful. i also got one to bring home. very convenient indeed!

are those balls really helpful? wow, i am loving this online community more and more. i am definitely learning a lot of tips on fitness.

i love going to the gym. and i use those balls a lot in most of my workout routines. i did get two (different sizes) for my apartment though in case my busy schedule keeps me from going to the gym. very helpful.

I like using them, it makes stretching so easy and I think they are really effective. I was hesitant to buy one at first because I like doing exercises that does not need other machines and stuff but then my friend convinced me that they are effective and that it will make everything easier and I end up using and liking them! You should try it!

I'm also planning to buy an exercise ball soon. I have read on some article before that this exercise ball can helps prevent lower back pains, muscle strength and flexibility.

i love those exercise balls bec. they're very versatile. i also like that it helps you avoid backpains since i sometimes have them, thank god for those balls..LOL

i have an exercise ball at home too. the exercises i do with it strengthen my abs and back. it also improves my posture and good for balancing and flexibility exercises

the fitness ball which i recently bough was defective, I mean the ball is fine but it came with the pump and it wasn't working well..darn.. so I would have to return it to the shop and have it replaced! a waste of time..

yipee! I love exercise balls, it improves my body posture and it is really relaxing. I love playing exercise balls and it is a very good work out tool. I guess this exercise balls is also used for yogas and pilates.
