Hmm. Let me think, well it's not really a fitness apparel but I always bring my ipod with me everytime I go to the gym. It's something that keeps me going or should I say my playlist motivates me..Lol!

Love the treadmill or sit down bike (30 - 40 mins) for fast walking / pedaling - read paper / book, listen to I Pod, watch TV, yak on the phone. Add small hand weights (5 -10 pds) for extra effort!

Jump rope for 10 mins. for fast hard cardio work out. occasionally. Use Kettle balls for 20 mins. for quick weight routine. I pod is plug in the whole time - I like my tunes and motivation tapes! Sometimes the machine weights or the gravity machine for variety. Finish in one hour or less. Mix up the stations and routines so no boredom.

He's right! That one is my favorite too. The stability ball is a "complete fitness machine"
