Does anyone here use kettlebells? Have you heard of them? They're pretty much all I use - except for when I run.
I reckon they're great allrounders - for cardio and strength training. I use two 12kg kettlebells at the moment and love it!

Kettlebells are fantastic.  I'd have a bunch of them if I could afford it but right now money is tight so I can't justify spending a bunch of money on kettlebells.  They are hands down the best tool for strength training.  Highly versatile and effective.  I highly recommend them.

Pavel Tsatsouline has a book actually geared for women that want to train with kettlebells.  This guy is the bomb when it comes to strength training.  He is ex-Russian special forces and knows a ton about physiology and strength training.
