Hello Chaps can anyone recommend a good treadmill for home use, ideally it would fold up for storage have a wide belt, and not cost a fortune ...........any suggestions or recommendations??
You have so many free resources available to you such as the road, parks and running tracks (unless its just mine that are free!) plus you get to see changing scenery get some fresh air (not so much with road running).
I have just never quite understood the attraction of treadmills
I bought a Proform and it works pretty well. They are pretty inexpensive. Sears sells alot of nice treadmills, if you want to check it out. They have good sales.
