One way I maximize fitness is to combine balance exercises with my strength training. For instance, I like to work on balance on the BOSU while I am performing squats or Bicep curls. To enhance your fitness level you need to implement certain things and do not implement other things:- 1. Do not eat too frugally or heavy meals full of fatty food. 2. It is better to do light exercise regularly for long than to indulge in
heavy weight lifting, without warming up properly, especially when you
cannot maintain the routine.
