Hi there guys! I'm Lori, and I'm planning to start working out again because for the past months I've been busy doing work stuffs. I'm reading through some of the threads that you have on this site and I'm planning to apply it to my everyday workout. But maybe I could get some suggestions with you on what must I start first (again).

Thanks in advance!

Hey, I think you should start off slow. What are your goals? To lose weight or get fit? How long in-between workouts? All of that play a part.

If you have done work out routines in the past then I guess you don't need to worry that much. If you plan to trim down then maybe you should do more work outs but of course not immediately since your body is not accustomed to that type of activities. If you plan to maintain what was left after you stop working out then you can do lighter routines and of course go for a balance diet.

A little more information would definitely be more helpful so that we can best assist you. Depending on your level, a good place to start would be things like walking and stationary bike (three times a week). Also, be sure to start eating regularly if you aren't already doing so.
We need to know some of the following:
Goals (long term & short term)
Past workout history
Limitations if any
Accessibility to equipment

First determine your goal. do you want to loose weight or just want to stay fit? I suggest after determining your goal you can proceed to minor exercises first like jogging or simple walking will do. Then proceed to more complicated work out. Another factor to consider is your diet . Watch your diet closely especially if your goal is to loose weight. But don't starve yourself. Just eat right...

Hi Everyone..

I think that this is the right place to discuss about fitness..i would like to share some information which i feel that it may be helpful to the members of this forum. Doing some fitness excersis on a daily basis will really help you in many ways in making you both physically and mentally fit. But this can be done only under proper supervision or proper guidance(going for a fitness expert).... I am a habit of learning all fitness tips through internet..i use to search for necessary information on Fitness related excersis. I found a site which is really worth mentioning here in this forum. It will make to get aware of choosing a right Fitness master. I hope it will help you as it helped me...

i agree with the rest -; details please!!! but for starters, you can do some adjustment on your diet - like start eating healthier, less fatty foods. and if you're a fond drinker of carbonated drinks and anything w caffeine, you might want to work on that as well.

SoCal Cleanse Detox Formula helps the human body detox chemicals, undigested food, excess hormones and toxic metals that have been accumulated over the years. The detox solution is incredibly easy to use – all we have to do is take two capsules in the morning and another two in the afternoon – there is nothing to it that would distract normal daily regimes.

a few questions - are these capsules totally safe - no side effects whatsoever? and are they available in any drugstore?

If you are a first timer, I suggest you hire an instructor first so that everything will be easy when it's time for you to do it alone. There is nothing better than do be sure and safe that what you are doing is right. It might cost you a considerable amount of money but whats the worry when in the end you can have the body you always wanted.
