Hello guys, I need your help. Is it really possible to have six pack abs in just a month? I want to achieve a sick pack abs but I just don't know exactly what work out or routine should I be doing. After
searching online, and trying a few workouts, I just don't seem to
believe that timeline. Can you suggest what's the best work out to achieve a toned body? I'm currently doing push ups and some cardio workouts

hi chad, I guess it all boils down to discipline, if you have it then you'll achieve it, but having a 6 pack abs doesn't come in one package you have to work on it. By the way, you didn't mention your current weight and height as well so it's quite hard to give some advice. But a good diet plan along with regular workout will def help you achieve the 6pack abs. having a trainer would help, but if you don't want to spend so much on this then you must incorporate both a daily aerobic exercise routine and a
sensible eating plan to your routine. Also, try doing bicycle maneuver and crunches on an exercise ball. :)

i agree with all the suggestions. but here's the thing, don't be frustrated if you don't get your ideal results in just exactly one month. the main focus is that your body is responding to your workout and that you are getting results anyway. just be patient.
