YUP!actually i found your site by searching keywords on google about fitness..and by reading and exploring, i found out that i can post here in forums..
we can actually learn from different posts here,
we can ask freely and someone will answer to that, and explain until you understand.So i am inviting everyone that instead of searching nonsense videos or sites try to read on one topic you like here and also you can create your own topic. thats fun right!
