People Suffering from Arthritis can still Exercise
WEDNESDAY, 30 AUGUST 2006
Contrary to popular belief, people suffering from arthritis can benefit from doing the right kind of exercise regularly. This is according to Fitness Guru Eugenie Jones' column at The Detroit News' website.
Some of the activities that they can take up include exercising on stationary cardio equipment, weight training and walking. But before doing any of them, Jones said that it is best to seek your doctor and personal trainer's advice. They can then tell you what kind of exercise is appropriate for your particular condition.
So if are suffering from arthritis and think that you can't do any form of exercise again, think again. Read Eugenie Jone's column at www.detnews.com.
