New Program Designed for Mother and Toddler

A new program designed for mothers who want to get back in shape after giving birth is now opened. The new program which was created by Elizabeth Harlow, a former New England Patriots cheerleader is known as Mommy and Me Fitness.
The newly launched program is designed not just for mothers to lose weight but also for newborn babies to bond with their mothers while they loose weight. According to Harlow, the program will instill fitness habits in toddlers and is a sure great way for toddlers to learn about fitness at a very young age.
