Hal's Annual Boston Marathon Day Ride

Fitness Foundry' founder Julio A. Salado, C.P.T. and author of 'Maximum Boost Workout© 8 Week Body Sculpting book, is now sponsoring a Boston annual tradition, Hal's Annual Boston Marathon Day Ride.
For the past 20 years, veteran marathoner and triathlete Hal Gabriel has been organizing this pre-marathon cycling trek.
Hal Gabriel has participated in over 100 marathons (22 Boston Marathons), 30 Triathlons, and Iron Man competitions. His energy and passion for health and fitness are legendary and were documented in a 1979 PBS documentary title 'The Pursuit of Excellence'.
Fitness Foundry will provide free t-shirts commemorating the event. Refreshments will be provided by the Greater Boston Central YMCA.
The event is a 52-mile ride, starting from Boston to Hopkington and then back! Everyone is welcome!

- 52 miles - 26 miles each way
- BYOB: Bring Your Own Bicycle
- Cost: FREE
- Experience: Everyone is welcome!
- Start Time: 6:00am EST
- Estimated End Time: 10am
- Location: The front steps of 'The Boston Central YMCA' on Huntington Ave. We will ride to the starting point in Copley Square.
- Weather: rain or shine
- Prerequisite: Must sign agreement form to participate in physical activity.
