LT Thomas - Amateur Bodybuilder of the Week

LT Thomas is the Amateur Bodybuilder of the Week on Bodybuilding.com. LT is a fitness trainer, speaker, competitive bodybuilder, author, fitness model, and chief executive of LT Personal Training.
LT Thomas is continually working hard to improve his physique. He loves what he does. It’s not easy but hard work pays off. He is a health and fitness blogger for the Examiner.com. and an expert forum member of ABC-of-Fitness.com.
LT has previously served as the Certified Fitness Trainer for Dicks Sporting Goods in Hunt Valley, Maryland and was Assistant Director for Bally Total Fitness. Overall, he has six years of experience as a personal trainer. He graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. In college, he played football, did power lifting, and ran track. He participated in football, wrestling, and track in high school. He served in the military for eight years.
