Nutrition Boot Camp Goes on the Road

Bristol, RI - EVOLUTION Bodywork & Nutrition announced that they will be bringing their signature nutrition program "Nutrition Boot Camp" offsite to The Green Grocer in Portsmouth, RI starting May 3.
According to John Wood and Aly Marks-Wood, owners of The Green Grocer, "EVOLUTION's cooking demonstrations and taste tests, presented by Emily, their Registered Dietitian, have been very well-received. This program is really in line with our personal philosophy about eating and we're thrilled to bring it to our clients."
Nutrition Boot Camp is an intense crash course in nutrition education that meets on Saturdays for nine-weeks. Attendees will learn how to make food work for them instead of against them - and help kick that nasty sugar addiction. This course, taught by EVOLUTION's Registered Dietitian Emily Gedney, includes nine group nutrition education classes, an in-depth tour of the supermarket, and all materials. Students can expect to learn the science behind what they eat, and what the foods do to the body. "The Green Grocer's clients are people who recognize the importance of whole foods and healthy eating. It's a perfect partnership," said Kirsten DiChiappari, Center Director, EVOLUTION bodywork & nutrition.
