2008 Yogafit Mind/Body Fitness Conference

The 2008 Yogafit Mind/Body Fitness Conference will be held from August 13 to 17 at the Best Western Hood River Inn, Oregon. Fitness trainers, yoga instructors, and enthusiasts have the opportunity to participate in various workshops and training programs within the five-day conference.

The conference will feature training programs on anatomy and alignment, therapy yoga, kid's yoga, and more. Registration fees for training programs are $289 for any one-day training, $439 for any two-day training, $579 for any three-day training, $659 for any four-day training, and $859 for any five-day training. A number of text readings are needed prior to attending a conference training. Programs at the conference will help practitioners attain balance, strength, and even reduce stress.
