WHAT: FREE WORKOUTS/FREE RESOLUTION ADVICE: Gold's Gym is inviting the public to start their 2009 fitness resolutions off on the right foot, with a FREE workout and fitness advice this New Year. The nation's leading fitness authority will open its doors to the public from Thursday January 1st to Sunday January 4th. Health and fitness experts from Gold's Gym will be on-site to offer tips on how to set realistic fitness resolutions that stick and maintain a fitness program throughout the year.
WHY: Over 60% of the country is overweight and more than 30% of people are obese. The New Year is the time when people across the country set new fitness goals for the year ahead. Unfortunately, most people don't set realistic goals and won't make it to Presidents Day. Nearly 75% of people will not keep their resolutions. Gold's Gym is on a mission to help Americans make realistic goals that stick and improve the nation's health.
WHO: All adults are welcome to visit Gold's Gym Middletown for one free day of fitness and a fitness assessment. (note: limit one visit per customer.)
