NJ Fitness Expert Offers Obese Children Free Diet
MONDAY, 15 DECEMBER 2008
Edward Albert, owner and head personal trainer at Ultimate Fitness Training Center in Ocean Twp., NJ is reaching out to families of overweight children to offer free help during the holidays. The holidays can be a painful and difficult time for obese children due to the likeliness of overeating and an over abundant presence of sweets and candy around the house and school.
Any family with an overweight child can call or visit Mr. Albert to get free help. He is offering a free diet consultation as well as a complimentary personal exercise routine for each child. Albert said, “The holidays are when children and adults peak to their heaviest weights. For children especially, obesity can bring about a number of dangerous diseases, including Juvenile Diabetes. I want to help kids beat the odds and start the New Year right.”
Albert is a 20+ year veteran in the diet and fitness industry. As a former body builder and current master personal trainer, Albert is trained in all of the disciplines of losing weight. His clients range in age from 7 to 65 years of age. He also provides specialized training for those afflicted with Muscular Dystrophy.
