The International Olympic Committee released the evaluation report of three cities vying for the 2014 Summer Youth Olympic Games on February 11. Nanjing China overwhelmed Guadalajara Mexico and Poznan Poland, and is successfully selected to host 2014 Summer Youth Olympic Games.

The Youth Olympic Games, designed for athletes aged 14-18 years, is a concept championed by IOC President Jac
ques Rogge as a means to move young people from their screens to playing fields. In recent years, China has played a more and more important role in the worldwide fitness programs and the success of application for 2014 Youth Olympic Games is another great progress for China after the success host of 2008 Olympic Games. Nanjing came in as the favorite after an IOC evaluation report last month said the city presented the least risk of the bids.

As the world leading virtual assistant and knowledge process outsourcing service provider head-quartered in Nanjing, BPOVIA held the celebration party at its Nanjing office. The Chief Executive Officer of BPOVIA, James Huang said, “We are so excited to know that Nanjing will host the 2014 Youth Olympic Games. BPOVIA supported Beijing Olympic games at 2008 by sending our employees work as volunteers. This time, I am pretty sure BPOVIA will send more volunteers because this is our hometown. BPOVIA headquarter locates in Nanjing. All the people here at BPOVIA are very proud to be part of this great city. We are looking forward to seeing the young athletes from all over the world come to Nanjing. See you at 2014.”

ypnosis and personal training – how does this come together? Johannes Biedermann, personal trainer in Munich, was always fascinated by the power of hypnosis. And of course, as personal trainer he loves fitness and sport. Since he found out that the biggest problem for most of his customers is finding the right motivation for sport and healthy food, he got the idea, why not using hypnosis in perso nal training. It works for doctors as replacement of anesthesia, it works for therapists, it works for people, who want to stop smoking, so for sure it will work for people getting more motivated.

Johannes worked with his customers, and found the best way of hypnosis for this purpose. He called it HYPNOpower and opened a fancy personal training lounge in the middle of Munich called STEP UP end of last year. The customers are happy, since it’s so much easier doing the right thing, when you are really motivated. When you don’t have to force yourself going to training, when you can easily change your way of eating, as they learn it during nutrition consultancy.

Besides of HYPNOpower there are a lot of other specialties offered at STEP UP: If it’s FreeCross, the cool cross-trainer, which can be used outside like a bike (STEP UP is the first one offering it in Munich), or the modern SenseWear activity monitor, which tells you exactly how much calories you’ve used during a specific activity.

STEP UP, that’s personal training, nutrition consultancy and mental coaching with HYPNOpower in a nice and cosy atmosphere in the heart of Munich.
