How To: Side to Side Neck Stretch
|Step 1: You can perform this stretch sitting or standing. Relax your arms and shoulders. Also, relax your gaze.|
|Step 2: With an exhale, gently tilt your head to one side. Hold for at least 5 seconds. You will feel a stretch on the opposite side of your neck.|
